初訪問です
今回は、予約をして『翠藍コース』を頂きました
時間は、１２時を予約しましたが、３０分前に店に
到着すると駐車場は既に満杯で路肩に止めざるを得
ない状況。かならず予約して行くべし！
厨房はシェフひとりのため料理の提供時間は２０分
越えでした
当該コース料理な内訳は、刺身＋エビフライ＋煮付
けにご飯と味噌汁。
刺身はマグロトロ３ブロックにブリ3枚、コウイカ
３枚、白身魚３枚。いずれも大きくて厚みがあり、
巷ではこれだけで刺身定食というレベル。
エビフライも大ぶりのエビが３本にタルタルソース
と葉物サラダ添え。これだけでもエビフライ定食で
まかり通るレベル。
煮付けは、私の二の腕ほどの太さのサバ。
私の家内と妹は、煮付けまで食べることが出来ずに
お持ち帰りしました。
味も勿論素材の味がしっかりしていて新鮮さが楽し
めます。お値段1.７００円はコスパ最高です。
