On that day, I was going to go to Sushi restaurant that I had my eye on in Hakata, but when I called, I was told that the restaurant had closed early, so I looked back at my list of places to go on Tabelog and found this Sushi restaurant, so I came here! Vinegared dish I made a reservation by phone and went from Flapjack Hakata lol The restaurant is clean and new☆ I sat down at the counter and ordered a beer, and then the course started. Sushi Sushi All of them are delicious and have a sense of the season. This fish is also known as "throat tuna," and you can really taste it when you eat it this way. The broth is very thin with very little salt, but it also enhances the throat tuna. It is wonderful. And then, thank goodness, the steamed rice in an earthenware teapot arrived. I enjoyed the nigiri with the steamed rice in an earthenware teapot in one hand, forgetting to drink sake (*_*)! (lol) The show ended with pear sorbet.
