その日の気分はコッテリ目 いつもより出遅れてしまい時間は12過ぎている
以前からポッチしていた此方へ
待ちがあれば他へ行こうと思いながら
ん？前の駐車場も一台も停まっていない
開いてるのか？と疑いながら車を停め入店
先客なし あれ〜もう一回転したのかと思いながらも
待たずに入店できたので不安はあるが良しとしよう
想一特製まるごと一丁鉄鍋麻婆豆腐定食 ¥1080
黒酢のチキン南蛮定食 ¥940

麻婆豆腐は1〜10まで辛さを選べる
3辛までは辛味成分は入っていないとの事
卵白を使って仕上げているらしい
（それ麻婆豆腐？って言えるのか）
この後まだ行くとこがある為（相方辛いの好きだが、食べると汗が止まらなくなるので）ちょっとセーブし
迷ったら！の4辛にてオーダー
本日の小鉢はインゲンの醤油炒め
なかなか味がしっかりついてごま油のアクセントあり
あまり好きではない相方もこれはイケると食べていた
スープも日により変わる様で本日はごぼう
ごぼうの香りは良いが味的にはちょっと薄め
他のが濃いめな分ちょっとふぬけな感じがしたかな
本題の麻婆豆腐 予習はしてたので丸ごと一丁出てくる点は全く驚きはなし 鉄鍋でグツグツと出てくる点は辛さを強化して見せるデモンストレーション
麻婆餡は見ての通りトロミがあるタイプ
そうだよねトロミつけてないと丸ごとだからね
崩していくうちにサラサラなってしまうもんね
4辛実食 辛辛とはいかないが色んな香辛料の深みが出ている感じ（山椒が効いてるように思えた）
辛味が欲しい人は4辛以上をお薦めします
黒酢のチキン南蛮はしっかりと甘酢タレも効いているがタルタルはもう少し卵頑張って欲しかったかな
本日の点心はあんまん
あんこ大好きな私はラッキー❣️と思ったが
皮はちょっとパサついた感じで残念な感じ
点心のあんまんはよくあんこに胡麻を入れてあるところもあるがいたってふつうのあんこでした
ローストビーフは何も付けずとも下味がしっかりついていて美味しかったです
店内はトイレも階段上がったところ
カウンターもひと上がりしたところにあるので
足が悪い方は気をつけてね
接客は申し分なく明るいお姉さん
売込みもバッチリでしたよ
帰る頃には3組のお客さん入店されてました
皆さん初来店の方の様でした
相方、結局汗かいてました 笑
ご馳走様でした
