旧久留米市図書館西分館跡に開店された「久留米 惣吉」さん。
本日のランチはこちらにお邪魔してみることに。
場所は三本松公園の北側になります。
駐車場は、お店横に7台分の舗装駐車場。
道路を挟んだお店前にも「海鮮丼」の幟がある砂利敷き駐車場がありますが、これもこちらのお店なのかな？
店名が書かれてないのでよく分かりません。
昭和2年に建てられ久留米市図書館西分館として利用された建物は、レンガ色と白を基調とした和モダンな雰囲気でちょっと高級感が漂います。
訪問時刻は11:45。
店員さんに1人での訪問の旨を告げると右手の方へ案内されました。
案内された広間にはカウンター席が8席、通路を挟んで後ろ側には広い個室もあるようです。
席に座ると店員さんから「熱いお茶と冷たいお茶、どちらがいいですか？」とのお尋ね。
こういった気配りっていいですネ。

ランチメニューは多彩。
お店自慢の特上海鮮丼（3,480円）からチキン南蛮定食（780円）まで多彩なラインナップです。
その中で目を付けたのが「煮魚定食（880円、込）」。
店員さんへ煮魚の種類を聞いてみるとカンパチのあらだそう。
しかも、ご飯大盛り無料とのこと。

サーブタイムは5分ほど。
予想以上の早さにびっくりです。 (笑)
お盆に乗って配膳されたのは、メインであるカンパチのあら煮のほか、ご飯・味噌汁、卯の花の小鉢に香の物。
あら用の取り皿と爪楊枝をお願いしたところ快く応じてくれました。
いただきます。
カンパチのあら煮は熱々。
さらとろっとした煮汁で煮魚とあら炊きの中間的な粘度です。
厚揚げ豆腐とごぼうが付け合わせとなってます。
煮魚とご飯の組合せは最高。
残った煮汁をご飯にかけいただくので、ご飯大盛はありがたい。
