[Do you have enough meat? ] Delicious Steak that can be eaten in Kurume. Great for a casual meal or to end the meal◎
Our restaurant's concept is "a hideaway Steak for adults." We offer our proud steaks, made with carefully selected high-quality beef, mainly domestically produced Japanese black beef, and Steak to per |
I visited Steak with an old friend when I returned home at the end of the year, located in a building behind the cultural district. Although the store is small, it is clean and has a somewhat bright atmosphere. I had a light drink to toast after drinking, and my goal was to get a stone-grilled Hamburg that both my friends and the restaurant had recommended. It came out simmering and wobbly in a black bowl similar to the kind you see in stone-grilled bibimbap at Korean Cuisine. It was my first time to hear that the dex sauce was soft and fluffy, but Hamburg was meaty and delicious. I don't often eat Hamburg that cost over 2,000 yen, but it was visually interesting, and the leftover sauce goes well with vegetables and wine. Unfortunately, I couldn't take a good photo because I was covered in steam. Although it's not part of Okinawan culture, Steak and Hamburg are something to behold.
