The owner, Akira Ishii, was born in 1990 in Osaka. After graduating from university, I worked as a sales representative for a major wine importer for 10 years, and used that experience to open [141 Liquor Store]. He holds a variety of qualifications including sommelier, SAKEDIPLOMA, South African wine specialist, tequila maestro, and cocktail advisor. We purchase products based on the concept of "broad and deep," and while training our bodies every day, we continue to explore delicious drinks and food.
