Our Japanese cuisine chefs offer exciting Creative Cuisine made with carefully selected ingredients and broth. We offer three courses, Matsu, Take, and Ume, with charcoal-grilled meat as the main course. No Japanese-style meal Fried food are included and all are gluten-free. Enjoy a variety of dishes based on Japanese food culture, using carefully selected seasonal ingredients. We also recommend pairing your meal with wine. Relax your mind and body and spend a time in a calm space.

The standard lunch menu is the gluten-free "Three Kinds of Mixed Curry Set." It's a spicy dish topped with plenty of juicy charcoal-grilled meat. Children's curry is also available. Pair it with lemon water to wash away the spiciness in a refreshing way. You can also enjoy our homemade craft ginger cola with a spice aroma. We also have Sweets such as Pancakes baked with 100% rice flour dough and Basque cheesecake.

One of the features of our restaurant is that we use "odorless garlic" in our curry. It is not actually garlic, but a type of Western leek called jambo leek, which is so mild that it can be eaten raw.◎ We research spice blends every day so that you can enjoy your lunch without worrying about the smell. We also use spring water unique to the nature-rich Kurume for all of our dishes. It is rich in minerals and magnesium, which enhance the flavor of the ingredients.

Our restaurant is located on a street that is bustling at night, a four minute drive or a ten minute walk from Nishitetsu Kurume Station. We only serve courses on the first floor. We have both counter and table seating, and are suitable for a wide range of occasions, such as dinner parties, dates, and anniversaries. Table seating is available on the second floor, and can be reserved for private use for groups of 20 or more. We also have courses with all-you-can-drink options for groups of six or more, making it ideal for banquets.
