福岡県小郡市の「げんき亭」さんです。
近場で、口コミしてるつもりで、すっかり忘れてたお店シリーズ？の１軒です。
大きな水槽を備え、新鮮な魚料理を提供し、また別店舗で唐揚げ屋を営む、揚げ物にも自信のお店です。
分かっていたのに、定食類が写真付で載ってるメニューを見て、思わず
「ステーキ重 950円」
を注文してしまいました。
と言うのも、他のお店で、先日食べたステーキ？が、「熟成赤身肉」とか言う話だったのに、実は「くっさいサガリ？」で、肉屋が引取り手が無くて長期在庫してた質の悪い内臓肉を、二束三文で仕入れて安売りの目玉にしたのでは無いかと？
そう思うと、焼き方もきかれず、ベリーウェルダンで出てきたのも、レアだと臭いどころか、食中毒のリスクが有るからではないかと、勘繰ったりして。
そんな事、店名を出して口コミしたら、食べログ運営から叱られるのは確定で、レビューも書けず、ただただ、お金を無駄にしたのを後悔していたからです。
それでこちらでもステーキ重ですが、結論を言うと、失敗しました。
お魚と唐揚げが得意なお店では、そういう物を食べるべきでした。
肉は焼き過ぎて固くなってました。
１部は焦げて、海苔で隠されてる状態。
肉とご飯に絡んでいたタレや、小鉢の生イカ入りの松前漬けが、とても美味しかっただけに、もう少し肉を焼くのに注意を払ってくれたら・・・。
適材適所を忘れた私の失敗ですね。
