朝倉市の国道沿いに店を構える和食の食事処で、店内入口近くには魚用のいけすがあります。
隣には「お好み焼き なかにし」というお店もあり、系列なのかもしれません。
店内はカウンター席とテーブル席、奥には座敷席もあるようで和の料理店の雰囲気。
●筑前あさくら蒸し雑煮セット（税込1,100円）
予約無しでご当地の茶碗蒸しを楽しめるお店のひとつで、大きい釜で出てきて驚くサイズ。
餅、しいたけ、鶏肉、魚などが入った雑煮的な具材を茶碗蒸しスタイルで仕上げた郷土料理。
茶碗蒸しとしてホッとする温かさとダシの含んだ美味しさがたまらなく、具材もいい味わい。
餅も大きすぎず適量でマッチした味わいで、これメインで腹八分の量でしっかり楽しめます。
単品でも頼めますが、セットには太刀魚なのか白身系の魚による寿司3貫が付きます。
皮が少し硬めで身がシュッと切れて淡泊な味わいを残す、軽めの寿司で美味しいです。
予約無しだと20分ほど調理に時間がかかりますが、それほど抵抗なく待つことができました。
美味しくて、なかなかいいお店です。
