◆Sister store◆ ~Kurume Sakurasaku~ https://tabelog.com/fukuoka/A4008/A400801/40031909/ |
This store has been open for about 5 years. At first, it was a so-called ``difficult store to use,'' as it was difficult to get the products I ordered, and there were quite a lot of seats. So I wasn't impressed with the taste, and I haven't stopped by since then...but! We have overcome the difficult period of the coronavirus pandemic, and the location is right in front of ◯ Bei, and there is even an Okonomi◯ brewery right next door. The formula that ``surviving = being attractive'' holds true...As someone who looked at the menu when the store first opened and thought it was ``honestly tough'' when I first experienced the operation, I am very interested in what changes have taken place. It's springing up. I'm writing this in a lame way, but I've set up drinking on the weekends for 5 consecutive weeks. Yes, to be honest, it's because I'm also accumulating stress from work and the workplace. I was dumped by the person I asked out...When that happens, I tend to want to drink. My wife and I both missed you. My wife doesn't drink...it's a sad reality. This restaurant has a huge number of seats on the second floor. I just said it. When you enter, there is a counter on the left, a small raised area on the right, and a table with seating for 8 behind it, and what appears to be a private room in the back. Why do you write it this way? The layout looks a lot different than it did five years ago...that's what I mean. Then, I was guided to a table for two at the back of a small raised area, which I had reserved and charged over the phone. A note has already been placed. It's sand zuri and chicken skin. I glanced sideways and realized, ``There's a charge fee...'' as I searched for my drink and first snack. I was a little surprised when I saw the menu. that? No yakitori? Only one item is lined up in a row. Wasn't it Izakaya (Japanese-style bar) that mainly served Yakitori? For now, I ordered my wife's favorite dish, ``Tsukune Teppanyaki'', ``Sake Steamed'' with clams, which I love, and ``Grilled Jidori Chicken with Rock Salt'', which is the safest option and shows the quality of the restaurant. I will do it. How can you tell the level of ``local chicken grilled with rock salt''? It would be long to write, and it is a corporate project. It's not too bad... I went out with the two of them and poked each other and talked about what would happen next... Once my daughter passed the exam, we would get back to living together, but I had to talk about the educational loan I would have to pay back... I had to stop. Well, just writing this makes me sad. The meatballs teppanyaki and steamed clams arrived without waiting too long. My wife immediately extends her chopsticks to the meatballs. "Ah, it's fluffy and delicious...hey, isn't it big?" It's definitely big. This is cheap at 680 yen. I also took a bite...The sauce is strong, but the meat is fluffy so it's well balanced. It's big and fluffy, and it's definitely hand-kneaded at the store. It’s been a while since I’ve steamed clams in sake! Lately I've only been eating clam butter. It's hot and steamy. This is also quite delicious. It's white soup stock, but there's enough clams. The cooking method is exquisite and there are no unpleasant tastes. It didn't even hit the sand. Grilled local chicken with rock salt also arrived late. It's piping hot as well. Apparently, the basic rule is to serve warm food on a hot iron plate. As someone who eats slowly, this is something I appreciate. And it’s still delicious! Cook the skin and meat of a single piece of meat, then cut it and sear it. That's probably how you feel. It retains a good amount of fat, so you can enjoy the texture, softness, and flavor at the same time. The knob will disappear after you have refilled it three times. My wife said, ``I want to eat yam iron plate,'' so I added that. Of course, without mayo. My wife loves mayonnaise, and so does my daughter, but these restaurants cater to my tastes. I have been blessed with many things...Aren't you jealous? ╰(*´︶`*)╯♡ This yam iron plate is also quite good. I have never experienced such a smooth yam iron plate. It has been carefully ground to prevent grains from forming, and it doesn't betray its appearance, which is actually a happy miscalculation. This is a must-order item. Now, what should we do to finish it off? I was attracted to the whimsical fried rice, but my wife opted for the grilled rice Onigiri (2 pieces, 420 yen). I'll just follow it here. Naturally, it took a while...and the grilled rice Onigiri they provided...one was huge. It costs 210 yen each, and it's so big that you'll want to show it to everyone. Moreover, chopped kelp and seaweed can be seen. I'm sure it's delicious...and it probably looks like it's been coated with sauce before being made into rice. So overall it was delicious...everything was at a level that impressed me. Perhaps it was because it was a Friday, but it was a lively event for the nearly two hours I was there. The restaurant has a large capacity, so it can be used for a variety of purposes, from small to large groups. I can't believe it's become like this...I'm embarrassed that I don't know (-.-;)y-~~~ You can also smoke electronic cigarettes. This is a store I'm grateful for. I thoroughly enjoyed it. I will be using this again! Thank you for the meal!
