This is ``Umashiya'' in Asakura City, Fukuoka Prefecture. I visited him in the afternoon before his regular checkup at the hospital. The previous customers were a group of women and a man at the counter. I took a seat at the counter and ordered the 1200 yen bone-in short rib set meal, which I had been eyeing since my last visit. The fire is put on the grill in front of you, and once the temperature has risen enough, you put the meat on the grill. There was a bit of a wait, but it was served in a larger quantity than I expected. It's a Kurume type pork sparerib, and he cuts it open with scissors. Sweet and spicy, delicious, and soaks up the sauce well. However, the real pleasure of bone-in meat is to nibble down to the periosteum on the surface of the bone, and you won't be able to enjoy the true taste of bone-in meat if you eat it elegantly. I must have been eating with such a happy expression on my face that the lady working at the restaurant came up to me and said, ``Is it delicious? I'd like another helping of rice.'' She obliged and ate it. (lol)(^O^) By the way, the shop is run by this kind-hearted mother and her wife, who is so beautiful that you can tell even though she's wearing a mask? The two of us are open for lunch. After the meal, we had persimmons and coffee, and we finished the meal. How many years has it been since I ate a persimmon other than Namasu? I don't usually eat it as a fruit, so it's been a while since I've eaten it, and I can't remember the last time. 韓国居酒屋さんのランチ
福岡県朝倉市の「旨辛屋」さんです。
他のお店でラーメンでも食べようかと、向かう途中で信号待ちの時に、ランチの看板を発見しました。
そのまま駐車場に突っ込んで、お店に突入(笑)
韓国料理の居酒屋さんで夜営業だけだと認識していましたので、完全にノーマークでした。
午後1時を過ぎていましたが、店内にはまだお客様が3組程、カウンターの奥の方の席に着くと、ママさんからランチメニューを受け取って、一応眺めます。
店頭のボードで見ていた
◆石焼ビビンバ定食 1000円
をお願いしました。
数分後にお盆に乗って提供の定食は、メインの他にサラダ、ワカメスープ、白菜キムチ、別皿のコチュジャン。
石鍋はしっかり焼かれて、チリチリと鳴ってます。
具材は豆モヤシ、ゼンマイ、ニンジン、青菜、そしてソボロでは無く炒めた牛肉、中央に生玉子。
「コチュジャンを入れてどうぞ。」
と言う事だったので、別皿の半分程の量を入れ、一気呵成にかき混ぜます。
しっかり混ざった頃合いで、鍋肌に押し付けて、しばしのお焦げ待ち。
その間、スープを一口飲んでからサラダをいただきます。
後は、フーフー、ハフハフ、フーフー、ハヘハヘ、フーフー、ファフファフ、フーフー、ホヘホヘ、を繰り返しつつ、ビビンバを完食しました。
食後のコーヒーをアイスにしてもらい、ノンビリしてたら、病院の予約時間が迫っていました。
会計を済ますと、お母さんが厨房から出て来て、表までお見送りして下さいました。
田舎のバスって、最終が早いから、夜に来るのは厳しいかも知れないけど、他にも食べたいランチメニューがあるので、再訪確定ですね。

That's why we are ``Umashiya'' in Asakura City. When I came here for the first time in a while, I noticed that the parking lot was nicely paved. Is it more important than profit? When I entered the store, I didn't see the mother and wife (in my imagination), but there were two handsome older brothers working the store. If it's a hot day, you'll have to use your stamina and some tips, so I had the hot bulgogi set meal for 1,000 yen. After all, when you put a hot egg on top of bulgogi. There are plenty of vegetables, and the meat seems to be surprisingly good. Even though the bulgogi meat is like a crumbly piece of meat, as long as the seasoning is good, you won't have much of a complaint, so this is an added point. And hot balls! Don't you feel like raw or soft-boiled eggs give you some stamina? As a last resort, there seem to be quite a few dishes in which eggs are stuffed with eggs and left half-cooked. So, I wonder what people like senpai who don't like raw eggs and don't even eat Sukiyaki would do if they just put it in their pocket and take it home when it comes to a set meal. Well, anyway, the destructive power of half-boiled eggs in particular is amazing, and even on the TV cooking show "Which Cooking Show" that used to be shown, even if the presentations were often promoting high-class and rare ingredients, in the end, the eggs were not finished. The one with the soft-boiled egg on top would have been better. That's how I broke the hot balls, mixed them together, and enjoyed them. It seems like a large serving of rice is served, but I forgot to order it, and the rice that came out was a pretty good serving. The kimchi is delicious, and the soup has wakame (wakame seaweed), which is very friendly to Kagura, the fallen warrior head. (lol)(lol)(*^_^*) I finished it happily. When I looked at the evening menu, it seemed like the structure of Izakaya (Japanese-style bar) with a lot of Korean-style dishes.
