という事で福島市で日本人がシェフとなる本格中華飯店では三本の指に入るお店。
つまり日本人の舌には抜群に合うと言うお店。
JR福島駅の東口は現在再開発中、そんな感じなので移転に次ぐ移転で常連さん...
こちらのお店、以前は駅前通りの反対側、BOOKOFFの上に在り何度か行ったことがあったのですが、反対側に移転してからは初訪問。
平日の17時半に入店。
先客無し。
綺麗で、高級感漂う...
スーラータンメン1000円を食す。酸味(酢)がかなり強めだが、しっかりとした味で量、味ともに値段の価値あり。
飲み会で利用しました。
飲み放題付5,000円でした。
飲まない人間にとって厳しい金額なので
食べるものに期待です。

日曜の夜にお伺いしました。
混んでいなかったので静かにゆっくりできました。
店内は広く清潔で良くお手入れされてました。
オーダーは酸辣湯麺。
単品で頼むよりセットの方がお得ですね。
