◇5 minutes walk from Fukushima Station◇Enjoy fresh ingredients as sashimi or charcoal grilled! Make new friends at the shared tables◎
Sumibi-yaki Kyubei Main Branch is a traditional, homey charcoal grilled Izakaya (Japanese-style bar). The tables inside the restaurant are shared. Many people have met here and made new connections. T |
We visited Izakaya (Japanese-style bar), which is a few minutes walk from the East Exit of Fukushima Prefecture, Mr./Ms. "Charcoal Grill Kubei Main Store". It's 6 p.m. during the holidays, and reservations are made in advance. Old-fashioned Izakaya (Japanese-style bar) Mr./Ms. build and atmosphere. It's a little cluttered, but it's nice to have a shop like this. I was guided to a counter seat and started with draft beer. Immediately, ask the general standing behind the counter for a "Kubei Set" (2,200 yen). This is a set of sashimi, charcoal-grilled dishes, and seasonal foods served in selection (drinks are not included). Soon the pass came. There are three pieces of snap peas, squid mentaiko, and the other is stewed beef. The sashimi is bonito, tuna, octopus, flounder, and abalone. Although it is located in Fukushima City, it is inland, but all of the sashimi is very fresh and delicious. The bonito that was told to "eat it with garlic and soy sauce" is especially good. As a seasonal product, the bamboo shoots were stewed in Tosa. It's boiled soft, and it's just the right amount for one person. Charcoal-grilled fish is under ice. I haven't eaten it in a long time, but it is juicy and tasty. It is easy to eat because there are no fine bones. For sake, "Aizu Musume Junmai" in Aizuwakamatsu City is available for 2 cups (1,540 yen). Although it is not glamorous, it is refreshing and easy to drink without being too heavy, making it the perfect sake for a meal drink. When you ask for a drink, he prepares soothing water without saying anything, which is well understood by Shubei. All the Japan sake in the shop is from sake breweries in Fukushima Prefecture. What's more, is there really all this? That's a great assortment. I'm glad that all of them are reasonably priced from 800 yen to 900 yen per go. I'm also grateful that it's a little cheaper if you ask for 2 go. With an additional order, Sendai seri's hot sauce (380 yen) and golden sea bream turnip stew (600 yen). The crispy texture of the seri's sauce is refreshing and is perfect for refreshing your mouth. You can't usually eat boiled red snapper for a price of 600 yen. It's lightly seasoned without being too sweet, so it goes well with alcohol. This was the end, and the bill was 5,320 yen. Sake and snacks that are sure to be at a common price, and if you are in the neighborhood, you will definitely join the ranks of regular Mr./Ms.!
