I visited this restaurant on a business trip to Fukushima City. The entrance and the interior are very clean. The tatami room is hidden on both sides by cloth blinds. There are about eight seats at the counter. We visited as a group of two and were seated in the middle of the tatami room. The menu. Please note that we visited in the summer. There are standard dishes and some dishes that make you wonder, "What will they be like?" The appetizers, eggplant, okra, and myoga ginger, give you a summery feeling. First, I ordered pickled herring with Japanese pepper, which is what you get when you come to Fukushima. The refreshing aroma of Japanese pepper is really good and there is no herring smell. This is completely sake (lol) I deleted the photo (cry) I ordered peppered sea bream and sanma sashimi from today's recommendations. I'm sorry I don't have a photo of this either, but the peppered sea bream had a refreshing taste. The meat was quite light, but it didn't seem to be very fresh that day, so I regret not ordering it grilled. The sanma was grilled and frosted.
