I used it for a drinking party with two friends from high school. This restaurant serves Kawamata gamecock yakitori, a brand produced in the prefecture. There are two famous yakitori restaurants in Fukushima City that use Kawamata gamecock: this one and Yofusui. Thigh, green onion, gizzard, skin, chicken fillet, meatballs, liver. The rare parts are heart, heart, and engawa. There is an all-you-can-drink yakitori course. The dishes I ordered are below.・Caesar salad ・Dashi-rolled egg ・Peach ・Heart ・Green onion ・Liver ・Asparagus meat roll ・Shiitake mushroom ・Mochi cheese roll First of all, the grilling method is normal. Grilling technique is very important for yakitori. Since it is one of Fukushima Prefecture's leading branded chickens, I think the taste of the ingredients is excellent. There are three branded chickens that represent Fukushima prefecture: Kawamata gamecock, Date chicken, and Aizu Jidori. Kawamata gamecock has no odor and the meat has a strong texture. In terms of flavor, I feel that it is slightly weaker than Date chicken. The smooth fat that oozes out from the crispy-grilled skin is delicious. If you want to taste Kawamata gamecock in Fukushima city, would this be one of your options?
