テーブル席が3つカウンター8席の店内
雰囲気はガヤガヤした大衆酒場をイメージしてましたが良い意味で裏切られカジュアルな感じでした。
気になった品を色々食べてみました。
★牡蠣類★
おでん、焼き牡蠣を注文しましたが殻のインパクトが強すぎて身が小粒で可愛い。
おでんは山椒の風味がアクセントになっており面白い。焼き牡蠣はポン酢で味わいました。
牡蠣の味はキュッと詰まっておいしいです。
★牛すじ★
プリプリの弾力と黒七味と九条ネギのアクセントが良かった。
★鰻串★
味は美味しいけど焼きが中途半端な気がしました。皮目がパリとベタの中間な感じで好みでは無かった。
★本鮪炙り雲丹のせ★
これは旨男でした！
シャリが結構パンチ有る酸を感じるタイプで赤シャリでした。雲丹と海苔の香りのアクセントとに加えパリパリ感、トロの食べ応えも有って良かった。
ごちそうさまでした。
少し厳し目な評価になりましたが駅までのアクセスが良く終電ギリギリまで飲めて２軒目、3軒目ピッタリかなと感じました。
あて巻きと酒で飲むのがコスパ良さそうです。
刺身のメニューに俺の〆サバが有ったので調べてみたら数ヶ月前に利用した近場にある原価酒場神の斬新さん等の仲間でした。
