The famous Atemaki is made with carefully selected rice and made with Koshihikari rice from Fukushima Prefecture. It is characterized by its mild acidity and strong flavor of red vinegar. The popular Toro Takumaki allows you to enjoy wild tuna salted in salt, which has a strong red meat flavor. The luxurious Oitoro Tekkamaki, which is generously topped with that tuna, is also exquisite.
