地産地食の居酒屋！福島県の食材と地酒が自慢。入口の緑提灯が目印です。※馬刺・レバ刺は終売
当店で最初にお出ししている料理は福島県の郷土料理『いか人参』です。正月に食べることが多く、家庭それぞれの味付けがあります。食からはじまる福島のあたたかさを少しでも感じて頂けたら幸いです(・∀・) |
前日予約をしないで行ったら満席だったので、翌日リベンジしようと思い、予約をしました。
開店時間はまだまだ余裕がありましたが、まもなく満席になり外で待っているお客様もいたような。
さて、カウンターの席は地元民の居場所な感じが嬉しいです♪
お通しはいか人参、これがうわさの！さっぱりしていて美味しかったよです。
キャラメルサーモンだったか、甘みがあってトロっとしたとても美味しいサーモンです。ですが、ボリュームがないのがちょっと残念。
卵焼きは綺麗に作られていてthe卵焼きでした。
餅のはいった郷土料理はなかなか気に入りました。餡かけ焼きそばの餡を餅と混ぜた感じで面白い食べ物でした。
山芋チーズは素朴でほっこりするものでした。
オススメのお酒は好みではなくおやじの酒という印象で女子向きではなかったです。確か穏っていうお酒。お兄さんもう少しお酒のお勉強してください。女子の好みはちょっと違うぞ！
全体的に美味しい料理ではありましたが、お酒のラインナップと代表的な郷土料理をもう少し置いてもらえてらいいかなと思いました。
