平日昼時福島県の郡山を通る機会があり、どうせなら美味しく、お得な平日ランチを食べたいと思い、検索しヒットした丸新さんへお邪魔しました。
まず驚いたのは、日本の美意識を凝縮したような内装。玄関入ると暗めでシンプルな空間に生花がスッと置かれ異空間を演出。更に幕間のような落ち着いたウェイトコーナーを通って、店内に入ると和モダンなインテリアと心のこもった書のアートや控えめながら斬新な小物がお出迎え。でもいざ席に着くと以外に普通のお料理屋さん。高級感と清潔感と自然体が両立していて落ち着きました。
そして料理ですが、自分はランチメニューから、身は淡白ながら皮や骨まで甘く香ばしい甘鯛のカブト焼き定食を、同行の奥さんは王道の新鮮お刺身定食三点盛りをいただきました。結果大正解、久しぶりに新鮮なお魚に感動。この店口コミが抜群に良いので期待していましたが、期待以上の満足感で、お陰様で幸せなランチタイムを過ごせました。ご馳走様でした。
追記ですが、お隣の方がオーダーしていたエビフライ定食、そのエビ様のご立派なお姿を拝見し、次回あれば今度は絶対にエビフライ攻略だと決めました。
