色んな味が混ざるがなかなかいける
週末の深夜0時過ぎでの利用。
混んでますが、なかなか回転がいい。
食券を購入するスタイル。
色んなメニューがあり迷いますね。
私はネギトロまぜそばを。。。
着席後5分ほどで提供。
ほぼ満席なのになかなかやるな。
さて、食べ方は、全部まぜまぜするらしい。
写真の通り色んな具がのっているがまぜまぜ。
麺は太め。
まぜまぜごちゃごちゃ。。ぐちゃぐちゃ
食べると色んな味が混ざってるけどなかなかいい組み合わせ通りなっている。
とりあえず色んな味がするけどうまいってことで。
まぜそばの表現って難しいのよね。

めちゃくちゃ久しぶりの訪問。
飲み会の〆ラーです。
この地で永らく営業されているのが人気の裏付けですね。
メニューが豊富で迷いましたが、塩レモン明太まぜそばにしました。
提供までもスムーズです。
麺は平打ちのパスタのような麺。
私的にレモンでさっぱりしたくてチョイスしたのですな、レモンの酸味が明太の円味にバッティングする感じでした。
しかし、凜々亭のレジェンド的メニュー。
じっくり味わいました。
