Sono Ni opened on November 24, 2017, near the west exit of Koriyama Station. It is a high-quality space where you can relax while enjoying domestically raised chicken and about 50 kinds of fine sake.
...They are particular about the selection of ingredients, and especially use domestic chicken such as "Date Chicken" from Fukushima Prefecture. Their "Teppan-yaki" brings out the full flavor of the ingredients, making it a superb dish. The smooth and mellow texture of the "liver" in particular is a taste that can only be achieved by its freshness. It is a sight to behold as they carefully cook the chicken on the large iron plate in front of the counter...
