A large Japanese beef rib roast is sliced as thin as possible and served on top of sushi rice. The meat is then expertly grilled over a burner right in front of the guests seated. ``Sashitoro'' is made with meat that has the deepest flavor and marbling, and is Steak to perfection to fill your mouth with the sweetness of the fat and the umami of the meat. This is a very popular menu.
