昨年も来た自然過ぎる栽培の大豆植え。
国産の大豆は、味噌･醤油･納豆・豆腐など大豆大量消費国の日本に於いて、とても貴重なもの。
国産だけでも貴重なのにお手伝いする大豆植えのものは、土地の力だけで育てる完全無農薬無化学肥料、そして有る方がエネルギーを入れる凄いもの。
その為前日入りして新白河駅前のホテルに。
夜遅くの到着だったので、軽く一杯と、
その近くの居酒屋で夜遅くまでやっているこちらにお邪魔しました。
この一帯は駅前よりニッチなスナックや居酒屋などが結構あります。
北海というだけあって、海鮮メニューが豊富なこちらですが、お願いしたのは
福島の会津では定番の馬刺しと、
イカのぬた。
ヌタというと青柳や赤貝やウドと和布などが定番ですが
イカのヌタは初めて。
突き出しから蛍烏賊や小さな帆立の和え物とこちらも海鮮系。
お腹は空いてなかったので品数はお願いしなかったけど
味付けはなかなか美味しいです。
お酒類もクラフトビールが売りみたいですが、
どれも安心値段でつまみも種類が多く、
お腹空いてたら結構頼みたいメニューがあったな〜。
