国道289号線に面しますが、駐車場は店舗前に4台。
車でのアクセスはイマイチです。
蕎麦は「でわかおり」のせいろ（二八）と更科の2種。
前者大盛りをいただきました。
半透け明灰色な平打ちの蕎麦は、黒星散在。
冷やし適度で、水切りダル。
切りアバウトで、端切れ僅か。
食感もっちり、ねばりゴシ。
風味上等。
食べ慣れてる常陸秋とは異質。
甘味こそ薄いものの、穀物の旨味濃い感じが好感。
盛りは盛代。
つゆは淡麗。
酸味強めですが、すっきりとした味わい。
残念ながら猪口直注ぎ。
コレに小鉢が付きます。
