鮮魚店が営む小料理屋。
以前から訪問したかった店です。
福島県の最南端に位置する矢祭町。
矢祭町は仕事でも過去に1〜2度しか訪れたことがありませんからね。
海鮮系の店はTPOを弁えなければならない。
仕入れによって当たりはずれがあるという事です。
これ持論なのですが、矢祭町は遠いです。
ましてや予約するのが苦手な性格（笑）
結局、市場が休みの日曜日に訪問することに。
夜はコース料理もあるようですが、昼メニューは「さかな家のひるごはん」2,200円。
選択の余地はありません。
その日のひるごはんの内容は下記。
・刺身は鰹と帆立
・煮魚はキンキ
・白魚とアオサの天ぷら
・小鉢の手料理３品
刺身は日が悪かったのでしょう。
それでも、さすが魚屋。
味は間違いありません。だ
ご飯、味噌汁、小鉢、香の物に至るまで吟味された素材を使用していると思います。
キンキの煮付けに肝まで添えられているのは鮮魚を扱っている魚屋ならではの趣向でしょうね。
この内陸部でこれほどの魚料理が味わえるという事自体が奇跡です。
完全予約制。
メニューの選択肢がない。
私にとってはいろんな意味で遠い店ですが、旬の魚介にうまく当たれば。
さぞかし美味しい昼ごはんに有り付けることでしょう。
