福島いわきの名店「肴」
今日は暑い。外出は極めて危険とのこと。
なので、昔の写真を眺めていたところ、放置されてる有名店の画像が幾つか発見されましたので、今更ながらレビューします。
興味ない方はスルーして下さいね。
ほぼ毎年、仕事の関係で福島県いわき市に来ていた頃、必ず予約して立ち寄った魚介料理の名店、その名も「肴」さん。
この年は大人数の参加でカウンター以外は貸切にさせてもらいました。
いわきの名産、メヒカリの箸置きを集合させた画像から参加人数が分かるかと。
特にトロトロあん肝と各種なめろうが秀逸。
地酒と相性はもちろんですが米と合う。
体育会系の若い奴ら3人連れて行った年はご飯を食べ尽くし、炊いてもらいました。
コロナ感染拡大によって行く機会を逸してますが、そろそろ仕事再開するかな？

福島県いわき駅前に構える魚料理の名店。
その名も「肴」。
2018年来、5年ぶりの再訪。
事前予約で刺身盛りをお願いしておりましたので、先ずはサッポロ黒ラベル生ビールで一杯。
あとは大好きなものオンパレード。
あん肝、白子ポン酢、ばくらい、メヒカリ唐揚げ、穴子白焼を日本酒で飲る。
特に「肴」さんのあん肝は超絶。
…至福のひととき。
また来年も来れると思います。いやっ来ます。
