以前から行ってみたかったレストランのひとつ！福島には一度しか行ったことがないので、このお店に行く理由を見つけるのが楽しみだった。
このお店はいわき駅から車で10分ほどの近くにあります。外観はかなり暗く、小さな家を思わせる。開店20分前に到着し、10分後に店内に入った。
店内は最大8人掛けのテーブルがいくつかあるだけだ。6人掛けの大きなカウンターがあっても、大将は普段はテーブル席しか操作しない。大きなウォークイン・ワインセラーもあり、フランスや日本のワインが豊富に揃っている。
コース料理は一人17,000円で、全部で9品ほど。ほとんどの料理は、1品につき1つか2つの食材に焦点を当てたもので、味と食材のクリエイティブな組み合わせが活かされている。
私のお気に入りはキノコと茶碗蒸しのコースだった。味がとても美味しく、料理のうま味と完璧な食感を楽しむことができた。 さわらの焼き加減も絶妙で、皮にほどよい塩気があった。すべてがおいしかった！
全体的にコストパフォーマンスは最高でした。食事のクオリティーは非常に高く、ワインペアリングでは実に興味深いワインを楽しむことができた。スタッフは1人しかいなかったが、サービスはとても良かった！お店の雰囲気もとても良かったです！
また行くのが楽しみです！
