Hagi-san. I think this is a representative French cuisine restaurant not only in Fukushima Prefecture, but in Japan. This is authentic local produce, wood-grilled French cuisine cuisine, Chef Hagi, from dishes using fresh seafood caught in Obama, which is close to the restaurant, to handmade, freshly baked bread, butter made from freshly squeezed Jersey milk, wood-grilled Steak from M Farm's shorthorn beef, and herbal tea made with spring water boiled over an open fire. All 13 dishes in the course were extremely delicious and delicately created. I felt Chef Hagi's unwavering passion and was even moved.
