たまたま若松に寄る機会があったので訪問。
点数の高さから期待が高かったのですが。。
通されたテーブル席は、イスとテーブルの寸法の関係が明らかにおかしいです。
テーブルの幅が狭すぎ、イスと距離が離れて非常に食べにくい笑
カウンターは主人の目が行き届くのでしょうが、テーブル側はホールスタッフが常にてんてこまいの状態。
決して動きが悪いのではなく、単に人が足りないように見受けられます。
肝心の料理は、どれも価格に比して量が少ないように思われるものの一定の美味しさ。
ただしこの地域の出身としてこづゆだけは許せない。
全くダシが効いておらず、里芋も煮込み不足でザクザクした歯ごたえ。
少なくとも私は、こんなこづゆを地域で食したことはない。
点数の高さから考えるに、カウンターで店主と話しながら酒をやるには良い店なのかなあ。
しかしなかなか再訪は難しいというか、ちょっと期待過剰だったかなと。
