本日訪問したのは籠太。
籠太は、福島県会津若松市にある居酒屋店です。
籠太は会津若松で人気の居酒屋・郷土料理店となっており、江戸時代から昭和初期まで実在した江戸街道沿い、城下のはずれ滝沢峠の降りたあたりに実在した街道茶屋の名称とのこと。
その歴史ある名前を継ぐ籠太で、今回は郷土料理を味わうことにしました。
店舗は広々としており、カウンターとテーブルに分かれており、本日は当日の私の予約で満席とのこと。最初に会津若松の日本酒をいただき食事がスタート。
会津娘
カド鰊の麹焼
身がしっかりと詰まっており美味しい
カンプラ田楽
ホクホクで甘みがあり濃すぎない美味しさ
会津地鶏のレバーワイン煮
適度に風味が残されており鼻抜け感が郷土料理らしい
会津産鮎
ふっくらと軽やかで苦味も少ない
以上でオーダーが終了。どれも郷土料理らしさがしっかりと感じられる美味しさだなと感じました。ご馳走様でした。
