こんばんは亀治です。今週末は会津にいる叔母や姪、東京にいる兄夫婦が会津に集結して私の誕生日のお祝いをしてくれました。素敵な居酒屋でお酒を飲むことにしました。伺ったのは福島県会津若松市にある、籠太と言うお店です。
このお店は会津の郷土料理が揃っていて、その他のお料理も美味しいです。また、会津の地酒が豊富にそろっていて、出張の人や接待などによく使われるお店です。
今回は4000円のコース料理を注文しました。
料理
お通し（鰊の山椒漬、茹でピーナッツ、なめこおろし、キュウリと鶏肉と玉子の和え物）
おでん（タマゴ、ネギ、大根、白滝、豚肉）
煮物（大根、ニンジン、鰊、昆布、染み豆腐）
サーモンとしめ鯖のマリネ
天ぷら（シイタケ、パプリカ、茄子、目光）

泉川純米吟醸ふな口本生
お料理はどれも美味しかったのですが、特におでんがとても味が染みていてお酒にあっていました。また、目光の天ぷらもホクホクしていてシシャモとはちょっと異なり淡白で美味しかったです。茹でピーナツは千葉ではよく目にするのですが、会津で食べられて良かったです。
最後に泉川純米吟醸ふな口本生はとても美味しかったです。会津坂下町の広木酒造（飛露喜）と言えばわかる方が多いと思います。そこの蔵の今シーズン初めて絞るのがこのお酒です。白濁していてとてもフレッシュで美味しい日本酒でした。
