翌日会津若松観光で、前日20:30過ぎにビジネスホテルにチェックインしたため21:00少し前に入店。
土地勘が無いため、ホテルから程近い店を食べログで検索して決定しました。
会津までの新幹線でも少し呑んでいたので、酒は少々控えめに料理は３品注文しました。
予め郷土料理を少しだけチェックしたので、馬刺し、ニシンの山椒漬、納豆の天麩羅を選択。
内陸の会津で海魚が名物だなんて少し驚きですが、加工保存したのが昔の方の知恵なのでしょう。
このニシンそば山椒漬が最も印象深い美味しかったです。
納豆の天麩羅は想像どおりの味。臭みは無く普通に美味しかったです。ご馳走様でした。
