正確な年数は忘れたが、20年ぶり以上だと思う。
お店が新しくなる前。凄く綺麗になっていた。
11時開店と思っていたら、週末は10:30開店。
10:40に到着。
店舗裏に駐車。
記帳して、食券を買って待つ方式のようだ。
開店直後だからか、食券買うのに並んでた。
数分で入店。
もっと大行列を想像してたので、少し拍子抜け。
大判チャーシュー醤油らーめん1130円を注文。
昔もこれを食べたので同じ物にした。
スープは、煮干が効いていて美味しい。
麺は一般的な喜多方ラーメンの麺。
チャーシューは旨かった。
4時間煮込んで12時間寝かすと書いてあった。
旨いわけだ。
総合的に美味しい。
やはり、はせ川は美味しいと再認識。
