枝垂れ桜を見る前に早めのランチ。
オープンして10分後に入店。
早くも待ち2組でしたが、スムーズに案内されて名物のソースカツ（ロース）と山塩ラーメンミニと田舎家膳（五目）をオーダー、
田舎家膳は比較的待ち時間がなく提供された。
ソースカツは提供まで時間が掛かった印象。
田舎家膳はわっぱ飯で熱々でいろいろな素材の味を楽しめました。
ソースカツは想像以上にボリュームがあり、肉の厚さに圧倒。
端の方は脂身が強く、ちょっと重く感じたけど、中心部分は肉汁と肉の風味がしっかり伝わり、柔らかく美味しかった。
山塩ラーメンは期待したほどではなかった。
