正月恒例のぎふ初寿司さんへ
去年のお正月、岐阜高島屋へ行った帰りにランチでお邪魔してますが
美味しかったんですよ～
今年も恒例の岐阜の街を散策しながら帰りに初寿司さんへ
今回、午前中に用事があって夕方５時から訪問でした。
予約してなかったんですがOPEN一番乗りで入店
くえの刺身（1990円）
ホヤ塩辛
げそ明太焼き
刺身５点盛２人前
あさりの酒蒸し
味玉子のっけポテトサラダ・・玉子お休み
あったか出汁 明太子豆腐（590円）
はみ出す とろ鉄火巻
まぐろまみれ （枡の中にすし飯）
ドリンクはビールです。
２人で１万ちょいのお値段でした。
ぜ～んぶ美味しかったです！！
また行きたいお店です。
因みに・・去年はランチでしたが（2021/1/2）
「数量限定 迫力３０貫盛り」と日本酒を頂きました。
ご馳走様でした。

ランチで訪問
以前、インスタで大垣の初寿司さんの階段ランチを見かけました
木曽桧の階段ランチ （９貫）を高島屋店さんのインスタを見て
主人と一緒に行ってみました。
予約なしでオープンと同時に入店
でかネタ（まぐろ・とろ・さば・サーモン・・7/31まで）
でかネタは主人が食べましたが普通サイズの方が食べやすかったと・・
人それぞれ好みがあるんでしょうね。
階段ランチ目で楽しませて頂きました。
（具だくさんの赤だし or 茶わん蒸し（数量限定））
and・・こちらのお店では変わったお酒がメニューの中にあります。
秋田 新政亜麻猫 （あまねこ）
新政酒造 白麹仕込み純米で超入手困難今だけ
一合 1.500円
日本酒独特の香りがしないんです。
あれ～っと思ってましたが口に含むと白麹の味
今までの日本酒とは全然違ったお味
ランチで伺ったのに日本酒の話に華が広がった日でした。
