岐阜のお寿司屋「ぎふ初寿司」さん。
県内に何店舗かあり、高島屋前の店舗に訪問しました。
こちらのお店の入口は二つあり面白い構造になっています。
たまたま水曜日に訪問したので「穴子の日」を開催していて、大穴子特売日でした。「大穴子一本握り」と「大穴子一本天」が3割引になっていたのでどちらもいただきました。
「大穴子一本握り」は一人で食べる向きですが、「大穴子一本天」はお願いすると切って提供してくれるので、みんなでシェアできます。
わたしはノンアルだったので、握り盛合わせの「和」をいただきました。なじみのお寿司6貫と胡瓜巻、赤出しがセットになっています。
お酒のアテも充実していて、個人的には「げそ明太子焼」がおすすめです。
握り盛合わせのセットの赤出しは具沢山ですが、汁が少なめ。〆に「あさりの赤だし」も注文してしまいました。
アルコール派もノンアル派も楽しめるお寿司屋さんだと思います。
