... variety of teppanyaki dishes carefully made by the owner, using local ingredients including "Tokuda green onions", a specialty of Ginan Town. The most popular dish is "Negiyaki" Okonomiyaki made with a thin batter and plenty of Tokuda green onions! It has a strange texture, with a "melty" inside and a "crispy" outside.
