うな丼は、皮はサクッと身はふっくら。噛むと皮と身の間から良質の脂が程良くあふれます。 うな重は、皮も身もほわっと柔か仕上げ。時間をかけてじっくり焼かれ余分な油を落とした鰻の食感は二文字屋オリジナル。 ひつまぶしは、一杯で三度おいしい。当店では、ゴマとあられを使ってうな茶も二度おいしい。 こんな、こだわりの鰻にプチ懐石をセットにしてコースに出来るのが『懐食ー花御膳』 鰻・ミニ懐石料理が人気。
