Used for dinner. "Kyokanzashi" is a Kyoto restaurant located in Ichibashi, Gifu City. When you think of Kyoto, you think of mackerel Sushi. I visited here after hearing that you can eat delicious mackerel Sushi. I ordered the 9-course Arashiyama course, 5,500 yen (tax included). Assorted appetizers. Red bean liver is delicious. I couldn't help but add a single item. The bowl is a soup of conger conger and matsutake mushrooms. The flavor of the soup stock is strong. Conger conger horohoro. The sashimi is tuna, scallop, mackerel, and squid. Thick and nice. The grilled food is Yuan-yaki Spanish mackerel. fluffy. The stir-fried dish is taro, daikon radish, and shrimp with miso sauce. The scent of yuzu and the aroma of miso are delicious. Tempura Fried food. Golden sea bream, Pecoros, Ginkgo, and Namafu. Thin batter, light and fluffy. The steamed food is Tojimushi. It contains fish and is steamy. The scent of ginger is also nice. The meal was mackerel Sushi and miso soup. Thick and juicy. Sweet vinegared rice. I went eating mackerel Sushi and I like it. Finally dessert. It's really good. There was an advertisement for the dish that claimed to be directly handed down by Tankuma, so I wonder if the owner worked at Tankuma, a restaurant in Kyoto. Even if you want to eat Japanese-style meal in Gifu, it tends to be expensive or Japanese-style meal like Yassho, so I'm thankful that there are Japanese-style meal restaurants that are easy to go to!
