岐阜屈指のうどんの名店「田毎」の系列店です。
本店の目の前にあります。
料亭風な内装でビシッと着物を着た女将さんが出迎えてくれます。
ランチメニューは定食中心で田毎のメニューに日本料理と鰻を加えた感じですかね。
今回選んだのは
『ざる蕎麦とミニうな丼定食 2,100円』
鰻は店によって当たり外れがあるので、そんなに期待せずに食べたのですが、なかなか美味しかったです。
外はカリっと、中はフワッと。カリカリではなくカリッと、フワフワではなくフワッとなのです。丁寧に焼いているのが分かる焼き加減ですね。
ざる蕎麦も美味しくいただきましたし、これで2,100円って結構コスパいいですね。
思ったよりも日常使いできそうな感じでした。
