この日は山県市で仕事の後、美味しそうな飲食店が多く並ぶ岐阜市の福光界隈にやってきました。お店は決めずに来ましたが、以前から気になっていたこちらのお店、広い駐車場ですがピークタイムは車がイッパイのことが多くまだうかがったことがありませんでした。この日は13時を回ってなんとか車が停められる状態だったのでこちらのお店を昼食場所に選びました。
店内に入るとなかなか広いお店のようです。ちょっと年季も感じるいい感じの和食店の雰囲気です。カウンター席に着席しました。「そば」のお店の注文は「せいろ」と「天ぷら」の組合せと決めています。「せいろ」は1枚食べたかったので「選べるミニ丼セット(1100円)」を注文しました。「ミニ丼」はシンプルに「天丼」で・・
ホールを仕切るお姉さんはじめ厨房の中も元気な声掛けで活気があります。活気があるお店、いいですね。こちらも元気をいただけます。
しばらくして写真のプレートが到着しました。まずは「そば」をすすります。細目に打たれたそばは機械打ちだと思いますが、食感に特徴があってどこか噛み心地が良く、ズズっとのど越しも楽しいおそばです。「つゆ」も醤油、出汁のバランスが良く美味しかったです。最後に「そば湯」で割って旨いヤツ・・
「ミニ天丼」の天ぷらもカラッと上手く揚げられていていて楽しめました。「そば」以外の料理のクオリティーもうかがい知れる気がします。
グランドメニューを見ると「蕎麦前」の種類も豊富で、夜の利用も楽しそうです。近くだったら通いたいお店です。人気の理由が分かった気がします。
