It is a weekday dinner visit. ( ́ ▽ ' )ノ I made a reservation in advance and visited. Oyster It's a shop for lovers. The menu is full ♡ of Oyster fresh Oyster, grilled Oyster, as well as oil pasta made with Oyster, and Oyster of course. For raw Oyster, there is a menu called "Today's Recommended Raw Oyster Plate", and we recommend a great set that includes three types of Oyster from various Japan, two pieces each. On this day, I think it was Oyster in Miyagi, Hyogo, and Fukuoka? My friend ate as much as I did, so I only ate two kinds of food, but they were fresh and pretty. \(//∇//)\ Then, from today's recommended menu, I received "milt carpaccio" and "sautéed oysters with garlic butter". The milt is as pretty, as good as Oyster. My personal recommendation is "steamed oysters in white wine". You can use the leftover broth to make risotto, so the flow of risotto → steamed white wine is perfect. That wasn't enough, so I also ordered "Oyster Peperoncino". It's not cheap because it's a Oyster dish, but it's highly recommended for those who like Oyster. The customer service of the staff was polite and good.
