愛知在住なのでご近所含めて、うなぎ、ひつまぶしはよく食するメニューです。仕事先で「うなぎでも」という話になり、このお店に向かう際に、あらかじめ何時ころ向かいますから、その時間に合わせて焼いてくださいと連絡を入れました。ふむふむ、ちゃんと注文受けてから焼いてるまじめなお店なんだと思いながら初来店です。料理はひつまぶしとして上手にまとまっていました。焼きやたれの濃さなどは個人差が評点に影響するでしょうから、私も評点はしにくいです。
