と、言うことでビール飲みに行こうと１人で外へ出ました。目当ての店は満席だったため、トリケンさんへ初めてやってきました。扉を開けカウンター席へと案内されます。
？？？なに？店内暑い‼︎
クールビズ推奨中の役場の室内の様なもわーん。とした感じが身にまとわりついてきます。
まぁ。良いや。と席に着きメニューをもらう際、ビールと新鮮な鳥にこだわってます。とひと言。
どうやらサッポロビールのメーカー資格を取得されているとのことで(期待が高まります)早速生ビール中ジョキを注文。そのビールを頂くと、クゥーーーーーーーーッ‼︎と1日の暑さ渇きを癒してくれる爽快感はなく、暑い店内に置かれたぬるいジョッキにサーバーのビールをただついだだけかな？と言うくらいのものでした。
飲みきるまでに、ジョキに結露が出来ることは有りませんでした。
そうこうしているうちに、注文した鳥焼肉が出来上がってきました。
ウチは新鮮な鳥を厳選してるんでレアでどうぞ‼︎とひと言。
うーーん。レアと言うより生焼けな感じ。。
鳥レバーのレアなるものを頂くと、外の方はレアかな？と感じる部分はあるものの、身の中の方は冷たく、新鮮なレアのレバー特有のクリーミーぽさもなく、その代わりに水っぽくて少し冷めるとベシャベシャ感がより浮き出る感じでした。
鳥が新鮮なせいか生臭さは感じませんでしたが。
真面目にお店を運営されている雰囲気は伝わってくるのですが、どれもこれも芯がないというか、軸がハッキリしないというか、お店の目指すところはなんなのか？と、どよーんとした今日の天気の様な気分になりました。
