I was wondering whether to order a single dish, but I decided to go with Course A, which consisted of Spanish mackerel carpaccio, sparkling wine from Italy, Tenuta Sant'Anna, Prosecco Millesimato Brut DOC, spring cabbage soup, firefly squid, rape blossoms and cherry tomato aglio e olio, followed by white wine Umani Ronchi, Montipagano Trebbiano d'Abruzzo, Mino healthy pork sauteed in balsamic vinegar, red wine Planeta La Segreta Rosso, strawberry Catalana, and espresso.
