前日に関市の某有名店に行ってきたのでその違いは歴然としていた。鰻の厚みと幅は倍以上に大きく脂ものっている。2週間前に小倉の照寿司で頂いた大分産の極太天然うなぎを彷彿させたが、もう少し焼きに関しては皮をカリッと焼いて中身をふわっとさせればと感じましたが、関市の某有名店よりは遥かに美味しかったです。
釜の飯はおこげとかはありますが、米粒が小さくぱさついていて旨味がない。確か佐賀県の夢しずくだと聞いたがなぜその米なの？と疑問に。
うなぎは美味しかったので次は鰻丼を頂きたいと思いました。
