I used it for lunch as a birthday celebration for my lover! ᵔ-ᵔ There was a sense of security, like coming to grandma's house, but there was also a sense of luxury, which made me feel both calm and uneasy (lol) ◎What I ordered: Charcoal-grilled eel hitsumabushi I was embarrassed to say that I had the hitsumabushi. I had never eaten it before, so I decided to try Hitsumabushi out of curiosity. Perhaps because it takes a while for the eel to be cooked, the eel took a little while to be served, and they brought rice scoops, tea (roasted green tea), and condiments in order. ! It feels like two people use the condiments together! A staff member will open the lid of the pot. You can put the rice and eel out of the pot and pour the sauce on it yourself! The skin is crispy, but the flesh is soft and delicious! ! ! ! ! It's really refreshing to eat eel after a long time...lol It was great that the rice stayed warm for a relatively long time because it was cooked in a pot! ! But this amount of rice was too much for one person...lol At the end, I tried making hitsumabushi for the first time by adding dashi soup! However, I found that I personally prefer it without the ice cream. After the meal, you get free pistachio ice cream♪ This was also rich and delicious! !
