岐阜の繁華街、玉宮地区にある居酒屋、平日の夜に利用してみました。店内はカウンター５席とテーブル３卓、それに二階席もあるみたいですね、１７時３０分ころに入りましたが一番乗りでした。
メニューは名物という牛串のどて煮や牛串をはじめとする串焼きに黒毛和牛ぶつ落としや牛ホルモン、スペアリブなどの炭火焼きといった肉料理が中心の魅力的なラインナップです。
いただいたのは牛どてから上ミノとハチノス、串焼きから牛串と牛カルビの浅葱巻きなど。まずはお通しとしてビーフジャーキーが登場、おもしろいのは焼き網も一緒に出してくれるのでそのままでももちろん良いのですが炙って食べることもできます。こういうしっかりしたお通しが出るのは何気にうれしいですよね、炙ったジャーキーはアツアツで美味しいですし。
牛どてはそれぞれお肉の間にこんにゃくが入っています。お肉自体は小さめですがどちらもしっかりと味が染みていますね、味もしっかりと甘めの味だけどクドさなんか感じることなくワタクシ好みの味です。
牛カルビの浅葱巻きは薄切りのカルビに浅葱を巻いてあり、お肉がすごく柔らかくてしっかりと脂の旨みが感じられますね、タレの味も実にワタクシ好みでかなり気に入りました。
この日は０次会利用だったので軽くいただいただけでしたが、どれもすごく美味しかったので今度はしっかりと腰を据えていただきたいと思います、ごちそうさまでした。
