As the name of the restaurant suggests, ``Aburi Gyube'', the signature dish is ``aburi''. The far-infrared burner allows you to thoroughly heat the food in a short period of time without burning the surface. Among them, the ``Beef Kalbi Maki Skewer'', which is a variety of vegetables wrapped in tender beef short ribs, is a must-try dish. ◎We also have ``Doteni'', which is made with carefully selected ingredients and mellow-tasting Okazaki Hatcho miso. This is our specialty dish.
