Located on a street lined with skewer restaurants in Tamamiya, this Izakaya (Japanese-style bar) is famous for its beef short rib skewers. I made a reservation in advance and visited. There are mainly counter seats on the first floor, and table seats on the second floor. We were shown to a table on the second floor, but you can order using your smartphone using the QR code these days, so you don't have to call the staff. The main menu is beef kalbi skewers, and there are also a lot of other meat-based dishes such as beef skewers, Hida pork, and Mino chicken. Overall, there aren't many items and it's simple. The appetizers are full of meat, such as beef jerky that you grill yourself. ( ´ ▽ ` )The famous beef skewers were well seasoned with sauce, but the beef short rib skewers were wrapped in vegetables and had a light seasoning. The skewers came out cooked, but the smoked ``Mino Chicken Seseri'' and ``Hida Pork Toro'' were served grilled, and I personally liked the ``Hida Pork Toro.'' The rice went very well. ``Daigo Egg Egg Rice'' was large in quantity and came with miso seasoning, so it was delicious even without soy sauce. This is a recommended Izakaya (Japanese-style bar) for meat lovers.
